By Peter Bale Being able to trust the people around you is maybe one of the hardest things for me. I've suffered a lot during the years from so called "friends" ''girlfriends" and even family members ... and to be honest.. living with trust issues like mine is not a great way to live your life.I really like the 15 day program and all the tips that are included. I'm still at the beginning of the course but i feel confident that I'll improve myself and build a normal realationship with someone.

It's written in a clear and direct fashion that I can understand without having a deep understanding of psychology concepts. Books of these kind can be heavy on fluff- this book is different, as the last section, a big chunk of the book, is dedicated to 15 action steps that you can take, one each day. It's a good way to get a foot hold on developing trust issues within a relationship.

Trust in a relations is crucial ingredient to make the relation last not end. Reading this book made me realized my mistakes. That jealousy in a relationship can be tiring. I’m positive that this 15-day program that can definitely change lives forever. A good read. An eye opener. You should have this!

Great end to the definitive Black Widow run, with some of the best art in comics today By Kenneth Allan This is the third and final volume of the Nathan Edmondson/Phil Noto run of Black Widow. To avoid spoilers, just some general thoughts. As always, the book is absolutely gorgeous - Phil Noto is one of the best comic artists working right now. The story continues from the previous volume and wraps up in a satisfying way. If you liked the previous volumes, you'll enjoy this one as well. The only downfall: that it's finally coming to an end.If you like this, be sure to check out Edmondson's run on Punisher (which ties into this) and Phil Noto's work on the soon-to-release Chewbacca miniseries.

Probably the best Widow Run ever and Noto's work is to die for (It's what actually prompted me to pick this up after so many other disappointing runs).If you didn't read this run, you need to. It was just plain awesome.

The weakness comes from the necessary evil of tying into the Secret Wars crossover event, which is slated to write over the entire Marvel Now universe which has been so good for the solo series.Volume 3 has a promising opening. After Isaiah is hurt, Natasha goes full throttle after Chaos. One could say with a vengeance, even. The action is heavy and continuous right up to the middle of the volume where it fizzles out. Natasha gets the bad guy, sorta, and then it all peters off into existential feel-good territory as Natasha suddenly finds peace. The shadowy organization “Chaos” is left hanging – never fully explored – and the ending is rather abrupt and out of sync with the tone of the series to this point.Overall, Black Widow deserved better for her last days. And so did readers. This doesn’t bode well for the new Marvel Universe, post Secret Wars. Recommended only for the fantastic art and half of a great story.

This is the captivating story of Purdy, a strong and resourceful woman who tirelessly tends to her husband as he suffers a slow death from wounds inflicted at the battle of Fredricksburg. She thereafter returns to the seemingly impossible task of saving what remains of her devastated family. Her beloved home,the home her husband built with his own two hands, is invaded by Rebels who turn it into a field hospital, bringing with them the horrors of damaged humanity. She must watch as her home is violated and the very lives of her family threatened.McDaniels is a master of imagery whose poetic descriptions transport the reader to this time of continued turmoil. You will be captivated immediately as you are immersed into this story. If you loved the first book in this series, Not One Among Them Whole, you will be delighted with this five star sequel. Civilians are always collateral damage in war times but the Gamble family pays dearly.When Confederates force themselves upon the Gamble homestead there is nothing but loathing and hatred towards the wounded and a stalwart surgeon, Dr. Brody. Despite the losses, both physical and mental that plague the family, humanity gets the better of everyone. Beneath the labels of north and south, Union and Confederate, the characters are simply snarled in a war that blinds one side against the other until they begin to speak to one another.Book 2 in this trilogy is still as raw as the first, with a return to the bloody nightmare that surgeons could not escape. However, this takes a closer look into one family's personal story and the impact war has on them.

About the Author In 1997, underground comic artist Robin Bougie began Cinema Sewer magazine, an ode to the seamier side of film and the culture that surrounds it. Bougie used his geek knowledge and his artistic skills as comic book artist to give birth to this unseemly but loveable publication. 3 of 3 people found the following review helpful. Engrossing By Ancient History You will never get bored reading an issue of Cinema Sewer. Engrossing as it is sometimes gross, Robin Bougie and the CS sewerphiles are gleeful scholars in the rare, exotic, and often tawdry world of porn journalism, scoring interviews with porn stars and directors you didn't know you cared about, reviewing movies like half-forgotten fever dreams of your wayward youth or adolescence, and perhaps gloriously free of the need to moralize or tut-tut the content of any given film or fetish, while still holding people accountable for actual moral shortcomings, like the glorious take-down of Traci Lords. While CS might forgive (and indeed, revel in) a porn star physically defecating on someone (as was one of the starring attractions in Ilsa: She Wolf of SS, in the review of Nazisploitation flicks), they draw the line on those that lie and cause undue harm and stress to others. Lavishly illustrated with cartoons (some by the legendary Brandon Graham), stills, and movie posters, volume five of this production is as entertaining and informative as the previous four volumes - and keeps me wanting more!

By John Paul Young Cinema Sewer is the modern heir to the old fanzines of yore; trash rags like Sleazoid Express, Gore Gazette or Deep Red, the likes of which are detailed in John Szpunar's wonderful book "Xerox Ferox: The Wild World of the Horror Film Fanzine", in which CS author Robin Bougie is interviewed. The thing that makes CS great, like the best fanzines, is that it has a personal touch. When reading it you feel as if Bougie is speaking directly to you, sharing his love for cinema/porn/sleaze and whatever else is running through his mind. I like that as opposed to the bland corporate PR of most modern websites/blogs, the fanzines of today, who take bribes to promote whatever crap is being shoveled out to the public. CS has just the right balance between text and artwork with long detailed reviews/opinion piece's or little snippets. Bougie isn't filling out copy, he's telling you what he's thinking and that's what makes Cinema Sewer worthwhile!!!FACT!!!

By Darrick Dishaw I've read them all... all 5 volumes of exploitation, porn, weird stuff, forgotten lore, diamonds in the ruff, stunt men, Nazis, documentaries, and the action slasher sub-genre (which I didn't even know was a thing). Everything you've never heard of and already know intimately because they're your fave.The author includes little bits and pieces about what makes Robin Bougie Robin Bougie. It's thoroughly entertaining; I'm engrossed with each hand-lettered page. Sometimes, he has guest reviewers and artists, too. I can't point my finger at any one (or even several) thing that I loved more than another. Even the stuff I'm not a fan of, I devour. It's all good.
