Her sensitivity to the mind’s health extends to her ministry in the form of writing. Her initial book marries both aspects of her persona and the result is a book that is not only inspiring but well written as well.In her Prologue Isabel offers the foundation for writing this book: ‘It was about two in the morning when I woke up from a dream. I clumsily reached for the lamp because it was too dark to see. I turned on the lamp, got out of bed, opened the drawer in my nighstand, and reached for a random magazine I noticed. I skimmed the pages, tore off one with some open white space, and feverishly wrote down what I could recall from the dream. I dreamed I was writing the beginning of a book. I woke up after I saw myself close the book and read the title of what is now this book, Conversations with My Fathers: My Earthly Father and My Heavenly Father. I believe I was merely an instrument, the pen if you will, and my heavenly Father was the author of what I had seen … this book. This book details my perception of ordinary events made spectacular by my heavenly Father. These life events, like the dream, were no doubt inspired by my heavenly Father. During these events, I had conversations with my earthly father that I believe were inspired and led by Him, my heavenly Father. I believe He was strengthening His relationship with me, forming one with my earthly father, and through our lives, inspiring others to learn about and seek Him in their lives. We read about how the author Isabel had dreamed about writing this actual book. She awoke from the dream having seen herself finish and title the book. Started to write it and believed she was merely the pen and God was using her to write his book and become the author.The book is very well written and is about a Woman, her Father, love, family, her heavenly father, life and redemption. We see how the author with God's help, brought her Father to meet the Lord and create a deep loving relationship for life.Although it is religious I feel that anyone could read, especially if they are trying to find God. It's written in a way that brings people closer to God and would be a comfort in times when they need him the most.Losing a loved one is never easy and can completely make one question their faith but this could certainly help a great number of people. In a way it puts your mind at rest when you wonder if your loved ones fInd their salvation. It certainly makes you question your life and beliefs as well.

Isabel Burlouse tells us how god helped her bring her dad to meet god and develop a deep, loving relationship with Him for life.We often get distanced from God in our daily lives, and Isabel's earthly father felt that way, but she was able to pass all the love God gives us everyday to her dad in a way I wish I can do for someone else in some point of my life. Evrything in this book is really inspiring and spiritual.Aside from her story, Isabel helps us to get closer to God too by asking us questions about our lives and our relationships with Him; questions that made me think deeply about how I'm living my life and how I have to get closer to Him, it really moved me and made me want to make a change in my life and the world.If you feel you need help with your spiritual side, Conversations with my Fathers is the right book for you.
