I went online looking for guidance on how she could continue practicing Yoga safely. Yoga had helped me through my pregnancies, but that was a long time ago.This concise guide to the basics covers most of the questions a new yogi might have regarding safety and benefits….extremely helpful.

I told them about this book and for thosewho do yoga, the instructions are easy to follow with photos. They were excited to read it and were so glad they didas they were able to continue their yoga in a safe way. And the breathing techniques were helpful as well.
