A Mother's Journey of Grief By Dorothy Johnson Past Midnight P.M. is a mother's intimate recounting of her journey through grief at the death of her only son. King's frank sharing of her family's pain as her son struggled with addiction he seemed powerless to overcome may give hope and insight to others dealing with similar loss and despair. Although she had questions and disappointment, the author leaned heavily on her Christian faith during those dark day and eventually found peace. I recommend this book to anyone trying to come to terms with the untimely death of a loved one because of addiction.
