I had planned to read several chapters and then skim others, but ended up reading every single word and wishing for more. The author leaves no stone unturned - she really puts herself out there and in doing so you get to know her, and actually quite a lot about yourself along the way. I have a feeling this will be a book I read several times, and with each pass I will take away something new, and incorporate more and more positive changes into my life. And this would be a PERFECT gift for all of your mom friends!

I really enjoyed reading her story knowing that any mom could do these same steps to achieve a better life for themselves and their family.After all this is what we're all looking for right? Ali unfolds her plight and struggles with humor and clarity for all to enjoy! The title says it all! ...I'll recommend this book to my clients, well done!

I was going to just skim it and keep it out but once I started reading I was hooked. Every single chapter spoke to me. I really resonated with the chapters in creating a sacred space and finding gratitude each day. I need both like water around my house with three young kids! Currently a hot mess but heading towards mindful mom after reading this book. A must buy and a must keep. Heather R. NC
