Now as for how i liked the story yes it was well thought out and had good twist in the story to make you want to read more. This might have happen if both the Axis powers and Allied powers were both looking in same direction to win the war. If it was a true story one would have to stop and think the loss of life in WWII would have been astronomical. Second if any such persons did exist the killing of non combat individuals would never end.
