By Kindle Customer I grew up in a religious family and am currently not a christian, however, through this book I realized 'lust' comes in many forms not just sexual.It has given me some real insight and reminds me that God loves me and will help me if I allow him.

Honestly, lust is a big problem that is often over looked or regarded as good in todays world. This book goes into exactly what lust is, why its so harmful and all the ways you can fight against it to have a healthy relationship.
