I had downloaded it, and then left it sitting off to the side and just ignored it for I think maybe four days? I was reminded to read it by a friend of mine, & I am so glad that I was!I was not expecting this book to make me laugh, think, and feel the way that I did. I thought back on so many times that I met someone, first dates, relationships that didn't quite last past the first or second day, and most the time I would just kind of shrugged it off because I was never too worried about it. But it's kind of nice to look back and see the things that I didn't necessarily see before.All of that being said, I am really glad that I am NOT single, but if I was single I feel like I would still be successful in the dating world because of some insights that I received from reading this that I normally would not have even ever thought about.I do love how this author was able to articulate some of the things that have never really been articulated before and the fear of being beat down. So many people are so worried about what other people think and say and feel that they hold themselves back especially in the artistic sense. this guy, he did not. His writing was very fluent, in his ability to communicate and weed people is definitely amazing. His effectiveness at getting his point across is astonishing, especially since I've definitely was not expecting any of this when I picked this book up. And by book I mean I opened my Kindle app...I appreciate the way that he expresses in a way that people will be able to understand the need for honesty. If somebody ask you what's wrong or what's happening and what can I do to change, it is ok to say it, otherwise it's never going to change. An omission of the truth is still a lie. I can just find a woman who was able to cleverly right and keep me engaged the same way that he did in the opposite manner, life would be amazing! Even though I'm married, there was still some really good advice in here and I am definitely planning on helping myself to grow.I would HIGHLY and strongly recommend this to anybody who would like to understand why people do and act the way they do. I do plan on recommending this to a few friends, I have already sent them the link to it. I know a few people who would benefit from reading the politically incorrect and brutally honest truth about dating.

By Tori It's not quite a Why Men Love Bitches, but this book employs the same type of tough love, straight talk that I loved reading in He's Just Not That Into You and other books like that.Why? Because this is the type of advice that women just NEED to hear. They just do. They don't often get it from people because no one wants to hurt anyone's feelings, but that doesn't help anyone in the long run!Sugarcoating things with your girlfriends is one, but when it harms them because it's a lie, it's another thing. Twisting things into lies happens way more often than we'd like to admit.This kept happening to me and my girlfriends told me nothing was my fault... until I asked a couple for TOUGH LOVE and they sure did give it to me lol! Things have changed 180 degrees since then so I really see the value of it.So I think this book is almost required reading for all women in the dating market. 5 stars!

Mr. King prescribes a healthy dose of tough love in this short, straight, and definitely to the point advice book. Chock-filled with plenty of wake up and smell the coffee answers to the questions you really never wanted to know the answers to, but you needed to in order to understand how to move forward. You'll have a few what was I thinking moments as the painful yet soothing revelations come one by one, leaving you with a newly minted self confidence that will send you out into the world with an invaluable wisdom. Whether or not you think you need this book, you do. If you don't, someone you know does. They are the ones thinking "What am I doing wrong?" when in fact it may not be them at all.
