This book does not replace the leading of the Holy Spirit; however, it's a great resource to have at your fingertips. Compared to other similar titles, like The Quick Scripture Reference For Counseling by John G. Kruis and The Calvary Chapel Scripture Reference Guide, Biblical Counseling has everything those books have BUT more---Pastor Chuck's commentaries just break down the Word for me. Also the scripture references are easy to find because they are categorized (promises, application, etc.) rather than all bunched together.I would think everyone involved in ministry, every church employee would benefit from having this downloaded on their phone so that when, not if, that moment comes to help another person, they have it at their fingertips, quick and easy to use. It truly deserves 5 stars!

By Spiritfilled This is an awesome book for ministering to others as well as growing in your personal knowledge of God's word. I love having the ability to do topical studies on common problems and questions we all have in applying scripture to living in this world. This book is a great way to find relavant scripture to topics fast and links to similar subjects.
