Gerontakis A very informative book for the couple expecting a baby, It talks about the Dad being involved throughout the pregnancy and how to go about it explaining the changes that take place in the the mom's body. Explains why it is necessary to be supportive and aware of every change. What I liked most though were the healthy recipes that are provided for each month of pregnancy that help hunger binges and promote extra vitamins and nutrients for the mom and baby.

Of course, it’s always the women who’s getting pregnant but do you know that 80 percent of men also experienced the physical symptoms of pregnancy? They don’t really know how it feels and explainable emotions occurs, so many questions arises from them and this book has it all. This includes the information about preconception for men, what are the good things partners can do together when a woman is pregnant and what’s the development of the baby every month so really needs to see a doctor. Included as well are such delicious recipes for pregnant women and what are the foods to avoid then. List of the things needed for the baby such as crib, blankets, pacifier etc. are also on this book. In totality, this is very detailed, informative and complete book.
